Andrea Suk

I grew up in Aurora (one of the suburbs of Chicago IL).  I received my special education, bachelor’s degree, from Bradley University in Peoria IL.  While there I started volunteering at Central IL Riding Therapy (CIRT), a NARHA certified facility.  I fell in love with working with all of the riders and with the horses.  I do mean love because I am allergic to horses!  When I was a kid, I would go to horse shows and my eyes would swell shut!  This did not stop me from volunteering however.  After a year, I decided to start taking riding lessons again so that I could become a certified NARHA instructor.  I was certified in IL and taught my own classes at CIRT for a season.  I moved to Arizona in June of 2008.  I work at Copper Canyon High School as a Life Skills teacher.   Currently, I volunteer on Thursday nights with Meghan.
