Meet Our Instructors:
Leslie Paradise:
Leslie Paradise started as a Horses Help volunteer in March of 1993. Newly widowed, Horses Help offered her grief therapy and the beginning of a 14 year career with horses and therapeutic riding. She has been a certified NARHA riding instructor since 1998 and a certified driving instructor since 2004. In her former life, she was an oral surgical assistant in California. Leslie spends her off time working on her rental properties. She owns “Rebel” our resident miniature horse, and they are the co-authors of a story published in the new “Chicken Soup for the Horse lovers Soul II.” Leslie keeps herself quite busy teaching therapeutic riding, therapeutic driving, taking rebel to his “gigs” as a National Delta Pet Partner and the Arizona Mini Mystique Precision Miniature Horse Drill team. Together, Leslie and Rebel have participated in the Fiesta Bowl Parade, Parada Del Sol, and this year’s Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.
