Plan and lead safe, engaging adaptive riding lessons for participants with diverse physical, cognitive, and emotional needs. This role works closely with staff, volunteers, families, and equine partners to support participant goals and horse welfare.
Part-Time | Cave Creek, Arizona | $21-$25/hour DOE
Serve as the equine expert within equine-assisted services, supporting safe and ethical interactions between horses and participants. This role collaborates with instructors, mental health professionals, educators, volunteers, and families while advocating for each horse’s well-being.
